2021 is a year of change. By August 1, 2021 Combitool AG, Texa AG and Madag Printing Systems AG will all have merged into PackSys Global AG to create a stronger force and focus on the continuity of their strengths. With the right know-how and proven competences, PackSys Global is ready for the future with our customers and interested parties.

In order to do justice to the new organizational structure, the management structure was reorganized from 1st April 2021 with flat hierarchies for quick and goal-oriented decisions. A new organizational structure in four divisions - Premium Cosmetics, Health & Pharma, Beverage and Specialties, and Customer Service – to meet the changing market needs in the future and reflects the consistent industry orientation of PackSys Global. The people whom you have known for years are still here, only the structure is different.
