Flowcrete Thailand joins at ProPak Asia Stand (CE41) to showcase its wide variety of flooring solutions that have been tailored to meet the complex challenges of the food and beverage industry.
Flowcrete’s stand will feature a wide variety of high performance resin flooring solutions, including the Flowfresh collection of antibacterial enhanced polyurethane systems and the Industrial range of epoxy solutions that have been formulated to withstand conditions within even the most intensive and challenging environments.
The options available from Flowcrete Thailand enables food and beverage producers to specify finishes that will meet the complex and multifaceted flooring demands experienced across a food industry facility. For example, production rooms can utilise robust, ultra-hygienic Flowfresh flooring while dry process rooms can make use of the self-smoothing finish Flowshield SL and the anti-slip epoxy coating Flowcoat OP is perfect for storerooms and back-of-house areas.
For contamination sensitive zones subject to challenging conditions, the robust nature of Flowfresh means that it is able to maintain a seamless, slip resistant and easy to clean finish for an extended period of time in the face of factors such as steam washes, hot oils, blood, sugar solutions and extreme temperatures.
The Flowfresh range has even been HACCP International certified thanks to its hygiene properties. This means that businesses implementing a HACCP Food Safety Program can rest assured that a Flowfresh floor meets the HACCP guidelines high standards.
To further minimise the possibility of a contamination incident, every Flowfresh floor includes the antimicrobial agent Polygiene® - a silver-ion additive that is able to eliminate up to 99.9% of bacteria. Flowfresh has been proven to meet the ISO 22196 standard, which measures a surface’s antibacterial effectiveness on plastics and other non-porous surfaces.
Visitors to Flowcrete Thailand’s stand will also be able to find out about Euco Diamond Hard. This concrete densifying product from Euclid Chemical is available from Flowcrete Thailand and has only recently been introduced to the Thailand construction industry.
Euco Diamond Hard consists of a unique blend of silicate and siliconate polymers that penetrate concrete surfaces to increase surface density, durability and abrasion resistance. These properties make it ideal for industrial facilities such as warehouses and distribution centres that require an easy to maintain and dust-proof surface that resists tyre marks.
