Grintimate presents hydrostatic cylindrical grinders in METALEX 2017

GRINTIMATE PRECISION exhibited hydrostatic cylindrical grinder at Metalex 2017, the characteristics of this grinder is the capacity to machine workpieces in one-feed for those up to 350mm. This fundamentally raises the production efficiency and proved to be suitable in the automotive, aerospace sectors that sim for high precision.

“The core advantages of our cylindrical grinder is the ability to integrate machining processes that traditionally needed several machines into one single grinder. We have received a number of feedbacks from gearboxes clients of solid improvements regarding labor cost and production efficiency” the CEO Raymond Chang explained.

Speaking of the future R&D plans, Grintimate shared that apart from refining the existing grinders – rotary, cylindrical grinders, the company will also advance into the field of drum lathes. The ultimate goal is to apply the characteristics of anti-damping, non-abrasive to their equipment. Grintimate is expanding fast across the globe, it is thus in search of quality long term partners, agents to cooperate.
