Nordson appoints SEA sales head for Xaloy

Seiichiro Ohue has joined Nordson Corporation as sales manager for the company’s Xaloy® brand in Southeast Asia. He will be responsible for sales to plastics processors and OEMs of Xaloy screws, barrels, and front end components for extrusion and injection molding.

Seiichiro brings eight years of experience in sales of industrial equipment in Thailand, where Nordson manufactures Xaloy products for the Asian market, according to Grant Eekelschot, Pacific Rim commercial general manager for Nordson’s Polymer Processing Systems brands.

Mr. Ohue began his career in 2008 as a sales executive with Daiwa Cres Co., Ltd. He next spent six years as sales manager with Axxel Engineering. Most recently he was a regional sales manager for Piovan Asia Pacific.

Seiichiro Ohue holds a master degree in international business from La Trobe University in Australia and a bachelor degree in economics from Kinki University in Japan. He speaks Japanese, English, and Thai.
