In this dynamic mix, the collaborative robot arm used in repetitive pick and place tasks, allowing uninterrupted quality control inspection perform by dimensional measuring system. This collaboration offers advantages in productivity and flexibility – letting you free up your work force for more important tasks.

 

The QVI® SNAP DM200 provides complete measuring capability such as Automatic Part Identification and AutoCorrelate system to simplify the inspection process. By simply placing a part or multiple parts on the SNAP and press GO, the machine would measure them automatically.

 

Other than that, the QVI® SNAP DM200 extends the measuring range with a precision motorized X-axis stage, and the flexibility of two built-in optical magnifications. The precision X-axis stage allows measurement of parts up to 250mm in length. Along with the built-in image stitching combines multiple snapshots into a single image for the part location and identification.

 

Tag on with the flexible interface of the UR Robot, small-volume productions with lower cost and higher productivity are now made possible. Bringing about lesser need for work force, focusing on repetitive tasks such as pick and place with minimal supervision.
