Outward toggle type IM system from CLF

TWII Series (400TWII~5000TWII) from Chuan Lih Fa is a new breed of outward toggle type model of plastics injection moulding machine. Models in this series have 90 to 5000 tonnes clamping force.

 

The outward toggle type mould clamping features minimum deformation of mould platen and accurate flatness. Its injection unit uses low-friction linear slide design that guarantees injection stability increase. The rigid machine structures reduces deformation to a minimum whilst ensuring consistent product accuracy. High rigidity and precise linear support and guidance yield low friction, smooth movement, fast response and high precision moulding. Plasticised electric servo motor and high performance gearbox drive help save energy. 

 

 

This machine is excellent for products requiring higher surface accuracy and suitable for deeper products. Customisation is optional.
