Who are the major end-users of Guan Yu Machinery Factory’s products in the food and beverage (F&B) industry?

We supply our vibratory separators and iron-removers to Nissin Food, Julie’s, Kraft Foods, Classy.Kiss, Uni-President, McDonald, Nestea, Coca-Cola as well as many other food processing and juice suppliers in Taiwan, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, and the Middle East. Now we are starting business in South Africa, Germany, and British.

Please tell us about the company’s export performance. Which are the major overseas markets for your products?

We started our local business in Taiwan in 1982, and 10 years later, we’re able to develop the overseas business in South East Asia like Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam, then on the following years to the other areas, step by step.

At the same time, we spread our service range from food & beverage processing to pharmaceuticals, petroleum, chemistry, electronics, ceramics, painting, plastics, water-recycling, etc. Good performance brings reputation and keeps export sales volume keep rising year by year.

Kindly elaborate on Guan Yu Machinery Factory’s business in India? In India, which are your major customers in the F&B sector? What are your growth plans for India?

We understand that many India customers focus on price issue first, then the quality. However, we do believe there are customers who treat unique quality as the most priority in their purchasing project. The stable and durable performance assist people to sort out the raw material problems and keep required capacity steadily, promote the end products quality and brings higher profit in all terms run. We would more suggest people there to think differently – only pay a slightly higher machine cost, but create much more profit than they can expect. There are similar machines supplied by the local manufacturers, however when people try GUAN YU machines, they’ll realise what real sieving efficiency / accuracy is! Therefore we are looking for a good agent who is capable of opening our supplying channel here to show and to let people comprehend the differences.

Are you going to launch/introduce any new product/services in India for the F&B sector in the near future? If yes, can you share the details?

For viscous materials like syrup, vinegar, soy sauce, chocolate, we have “high frequency” and “F type” series to work for it. And now we also supply ultrasonic for very light weight, fine powder which the regular sieving machine can not succeed.  The ultrasonic is made in Switzerland which supplies very powerful sieving!! 

The other important page for Guan Yu is we are now working on anti-explosion motor for powder by ourselves which we expect to get good result and certificate within 4 -6 months.
