ProPak Asia: Krones total solutions

HOLISTIC systems engineering is what Krones offers beverage manufacturers. The company’s filling, packaging and process technology solutions for water, carbonated soft drinks, juice and milk production will be presented at ProPak Asia in Bangkok, Thailand from 13-16 June 2018.

Taking centre stage at the company’s booth at Hall 3 BR01 is the Krones Solomodul labelling machine. With a modular design it enables a combination of different labelling techniques for only one container. Among its features:

Flexibility:  Different labelling systems can be employed in any combination on one machine.

Space-saving:  The machines require very little space because labelling stations not needed are replaced, and there is no need for a table plate.

Ease of use: The machines are easily accessible for maintenance and change-over and they can be operated comfortably via the swivel touch-screen.

Efficienc  Thanks to servo motor controlled container plates, the containers are individually turned according to the decoration, and the brushing-on sections are used optimally.

Quick start-up  The modular machine design facilitates positioning in the bottling and packaging line, and it enables an especially fast start-up.

Checkmat with DART 4.0  

Krones’ new Checkmat with DART 4.0 will also be on showcase. This is a full-container inspection unit featuring the company’s DART 4.0 inspection software. Among its functions is to monitor the fill level, closure, and label.
