Rapid dryer for enhanced processing

Without replacing the old hopper dryer, the new RD series of rapid dryer from Yann Bang can be installed to ensure faster drying time without sacrificing on end-product quality and production efficiency. 

 

The RD series is ideal for a wide range of applications and materials, such as PC, PMMA, PA46, PPS, NYLON and some PET/PETG. As an efficient rapid dryer, it saves time and energy consumption since the patented technology can significantly shorten the drying time. For instance, nylon takes four hours to dry but with Yann Bang’s rapid dryer (RD), it only takes two hours to dry completely for it to be ready for use. It has been noted that RD can decrease by 50% the drying hours and save 50% of energy consumption.  

 

 

The rapid dryer is also capable of increasing yield rate of output. Moisture content can be reduced to 0.02% (depending on the initial moisture content of resin), improve the drying quality of resin, and lower defective products. Maintenance of the RD series is also fast and easy since it is installed with plug-in air filter and dust collector (oil collector), which can be easily unloaded, cleaned and replaced.
