REDSTONE AC Servo Beam Robots for IMM

The Redstone series from Dongguan Alfa Automation Technology Limited is applicable to all types of horizontal injection machines ranging from 50 tons to 800 tons. Full AC servo motor is driven on each axis to enable more efficient operations and high speed. With the use of linear slide rail, there is no need to adjust the gap. The machine is stable, wear-proof and guarantees long service life.  

 

Aside from high-speed take-out product, ALFA also provides the customer with insert molding unit for picking up the insert of two combined I.M.M, IML, and collocation of peripheral automation.
