Singa Bearings Solutions Pte. Ltd (SBS) is a specialist for sliding materials for bushings, wear plates, sliding bearings and spherical bearings. We are providing one of the widest varieties of materials in all of South East Asia. With our German engineers and engineering background, SBS is able to provide engineering support for new builds and up grading projects.
Next to our PFTE coated TEF-MET® series, SBS also offers various bronze alloys with solid lubricants in our LUB-MET® and GAP-MET® series. Our COM-KU®/D and COM-KU®/M series show exceptional wear behaviour and load capacity, yet still being a maintenance-free material.

COM-KU®/D
COM-KU®/D is a maintenance-free composite sliding material. it has excellent wear behaviour and extremely high contact pressure.
It works very well around and in the water. It is easily replaceable for bronze bearings as it can be machined to all common shapes and sizes. SBS also provides COM-KU®/D as plate material for linear movements.
SBS is also able to make Spherical Bearing with COM-KU®/D.
LUB-MET®
LUB-MET® is a maintenance-free bronze sliding material. It has solid graphite lubricants embedded in the material. SBS can manufacture bushings as well as plates and washers in this material. In combination with stainless steel we can design spherical bearings up to 1m in diameter either according to standard sizes or customers requirements.
LUB-MET® is available in various bronze alloys, whereas manganese and aluminium bronze are the most common ones. Customisation is avaibale for LUB-MET®.
TEF-MET®
The TEF-MET® series has PTFE as a sliding layer. As for the backing material SBS can offer tin coasted steel, bronze and also stainless steel. in terms of friction TEF-MET® has one of the lowest values of all sliding materials. It is a widely used material for all kinds of rotating and oscillating movements, mainly in machines in a cleaner environment.
