The announcement also provided a link indicating if the company may resume its business operations: https://covid.gobusiness.gov.sg/permittedlist.
If the firm is allowed to resume on-site operations, they are required to declare their manpower details using the “Permissions and Manpower Declaration” link at https://covid.gobusiness.gov.sg within 2 weeks of resuming operations. However, there are certain details a company must provide: (1) the total number of employees/workers working on-site, and (2) the proportion of these employees/workers who are working part-time and/or shifts. The portal is now available to receive your declaration.
The Multi-Ministry Taskforce stressed that before resuming on-site operations, it is imperative for one’s business to implement the Requirements for Safe Management at Workplaces found at https://www.mom.gov.sg/covid-19/requirements-for-safe-management-measures, and comply with sector-specific advisories and requirements for your sector.
The said requirements are necessary for business activities to resume safety and to protect the company and its employees. The key Safe Management Measures can be found in this link: https://covid.gobusiness.gov.sg/safemanagement/general.
