TRS Automation showcases spring equipment

Established in 1981, TRS specializes in manufacturing spring equipment for vehicles, the equipment include spring manufacturing machine, spring end grinding machine, auto-decoiler, and peripheral equipment. 

“It is controlled by Servo motor, and with intelligent systems that supervise the accuracy, and situation of production waste. The spring inspection system integrates 3-dimentional preview and scanning, with real time monitoring of the works of robotic arms, it has drastically improved the efficiency and accuracy of production” General manager Wennie Huang stated.

Having been in the industry for over 35 years, the machines are favored by a number of major manufacturers who supply springs to major automotive companies including CHKK, NHK Japan, DAEWON in Korea, and American spring manufacturers.

“We have diversified our industrial applications from large transportation and construction purpose springs to smaller and precise purpose of springs for medical devices and home appliance – such as mobile phones, sports gadgets, and lightening devices” General manager Huang explained.
