Tung Yu shows off latest systems

Tung Yu Hydraulic Machinery is a force and heat and forming technology provider and machine manufacturer. The company brought to IPF a more monolithic type of compression molding machine that resembles a smaller, more compact and simple machine. It is particularly suitable for the Japanese market given the condition of limited factory space. On the other hand, with the timing of Japanese manufacturers’ replacement of production equipment, the new design with easy set-up and integrated systems is favored in the Japanese market. 

 

 

Tung Yu also developed its own intelligent systems for technicians: a detailed production list that could pack all data and parameters to a (or several) QR code and share it with production personnel. This innovation could reduce the rate of defection – and it can contain more information than traditional barcode. Tung Yu has also improved its energy consumption degree by applying hydraulic servo motors.
