Creating innovative industrial boring tools since 2013, Zen Wu Zheng Sun currently provides the industry with verifying boring tools that overcome cutting/boring precision issues by introducing series of boring tools for soft and hard-to-machining materials. Designed with wear-resistant blades and TIN/ALTIN coating, the new boring tools optimize product quality and efficiency fundamentally.  

Zen Wu Zheng Sun has been developing Boring Tools autonomously since 2013. The following are the characteristic and application of Boring Tools.

Now the company has two types of Boring Tools:

Series for cutting soft materials (Copper, Aluminum and Plastic):

Use 289 series with 10% Co and micro grain 0.6µ materials with TiN coating. With special blade design, the tools have outstanding cutting performance.

Series for cutting hard materials (HRC 60∘ heat-treated Steel):

Use 207 series with 12% Co and micro grain 0.4µ materials with ALTiN coating. The optimized blade with special angle design and coating in coordination make the tools wear-resistant and high red hardness.

To meet customers’ needs, the company will constantly develop the Boring Tools for Titanium Alloy and for Stainless Steel in 2016 - and bring Boring Tools series to perfection.

Application of machine tools: Sliding Head Type CNC Lathe, CNC Multi-Tasking Turning Center, CNC Machining Center, Milling & Tapping Center and so on.

Application of working production: Internal broaching for small parts, barrels, lenses of mobile phones, pipework, appliances, medical equipment, aeronautic tubes and so on.
