A big expansion for TITEX XD-technology

The deep drill family of the XD series from TITEX has a new addition. The two-edged spiral drills with a drilling depth range of 30xd and which can be up to 430mm long are equipped with an internal coolant supply and can be used on all machining centers. The patented XD-Technology from TITEX allows you to achieve productivity increases of up to 600% in comparison to standard single-lip drills. The XD drills are suitable for use in steels, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and titanium alloys and do not place any special requirements in terms of coolant and coolant pressure. XD8 and XD12 (for drilling depths of 8xd and 12xd respectively) drills are available in diameters between 3mm and 20mm. XD16 and XD20 in sizes between 3mm and 16 mm, while XD25 and XD30 also come in sizes between 3mm and 12mm. Also new are the XD Pilot drills which are adjusted to the tolerances of the XD series, and are suitable for deep-hole drills with diameters ranging between 3mm and 16mm.
