TSM: CP9000 Control System
The CP9000 provides a central overview and control of the co-extrusion processes for up to 12 layers. It monitors blender data and extruder data on an individual extruder on each multilayer process simultaneously.  The system can download/retrieve information from the individual blenders and controllers utilising client/server architecture designed to run under windows NT/2000/XP. The "server" runs on the main computer and gathers data, generates material reports, alarm reports, and administers the recipe downloads. All information is available on the operator interface which is a user friendly touch screen.

WILMINGTON: Rotary blow moulding system
Wilmington Machinery introduces for the first time a large container rotary blow moulding system. Also in the spotlight is the SB (Small Bottle) systems and their expanded LUMINA Plastic Pallet moulding lines.  The large container rotary blow moulding system is designed with calibrated neck for 3 gallon to 25-liter tight drum and jerry can applications. The system is available with 4 or 6 cavities and is completely automated including part handling and trimming. It is capable of speeds up to 475 containers per hour or 4 million containers per year. The SB high speed rotary systems are capable of over 50,000 bottles per hour. The LUMINA Plastic Pallet Molding Systems have been expanded from 3 to 7 models.
