Urschel Asia Pacific is one of the global leaders in the manufacture of cutting, slicing, dicing and grinding machines. Narongchi Jitpiidyon, regional sales manager said that the company has successfully penetrated the sauces and paste processing markets here in Southeast Asia particularly the chili sauce and coconut cream sectors, and peanut butter is also showing positive growth. Mr Narongchi said that here in Viet Nam, “some of the areas we operate in are snack foods such as potato chip and nuts, as well as noodle manufacturing, which is always a growth sector here in Asia, and as I mentioned before, sauces, paste and coconut cream. As with lots of machine manufacturers coming to Viet Nam it’s not enough to just sell the machine,” he said. “A company needs to first understand the client’s requirements and design solutions to fit their needs, as well as offer a high level of training and service support. The client needs to feel that we are part of their business and trust we will provide them with superior operational and service support when needed.” This is why Urschel is becoming a trusted name in the region.
