Rhodia inaugurates Shanghai research center

Engineering plastics supplier Rhodia Group has inaugurated its International R&D Centre in Shanghai. It is the company's fifth such facility and is intended to spearhead its innovation into the Asia-Pacific zone. The center undertakes the development of engineering plastics grades for electrical, electronic and automotive applications, and the design of high performance formulations to serve the detergent, cosmetic and industrial markets.
