RTP division acquires Omnova Dupo, Ill. extrusion operation

RTP Company announced that its Sheet & Film Division subsidiary Wiman Corporation has purchased the Dupo, Ill., extrusion operation of OMNOVA Solutions. As part of this expansion Wiman retains all current personnel and equipment at the 40,000 sq. ft. facility. In addition, Wiman plans to maintain a supplier relationship with OMNOVA ensuring continued availability of products currently produced at the facility. The Dupo operation is expected to expand Wiman''s medical and industrial film product lines.
