Eco-friendly solutions reducing the need for virgin plastic production

In order to meet the high demands for environmental responsibility, recyclability, and quality across different industries, Greco has launched various new products that are even more friendly to the environment and these were shown at the exhibition. The company highlighted its new eco-materials such as PIR TPU, PCR LFRT, and PCR ABS. These products are produced from recycled and eco-friendly materials, with raw materials sourced from suppliers that comply with the GRS (Global Recycled Standard). Its Eco Sustainable Material Series is designed to help lessen the environmental impact by significantly reducing the need for virgin plastic production, aligning with global sustainability efforts.  

For its line of water-based adhesives, Greco introduced new 2-in-1 water-based rubber primer for the SSA (single-side adhesive) process, which is equipped with features of primer and adhesives simultaneously, and is able to reduce the manufacturing process. This new product can not only help to reduce production costs but also significantly lower the pollution to the environment. IT also launched new water-based adhesives for sports balls and lamination. Compared to solvent-based adhesives, these water-based adhesives substantially reduce the VOC emission, not only meet environmental standards but also offer exceptional bonding performance for various high-demand applications. Especially, its water-based eco-friendly PU adhesive and bio-based PU encapsulation adhesive provide industry-leading solutions in both adhesion strength and environmental performance.
