Flexible and economical central material loaders

Reduced to essentials, the new series of appliances combines easy operation and servicing with outstanding durability. Feedmax primus appliances are made entirely of stainless steel and are consequently extremely robust even when exposed to abrasive materials. Their outlet flap system and exchangeable inlet spout swing flaps ensure safe, reliable operation in material distributor systems.

The universally applicable central loaders are available in different sizes. With a container diameter of 200 mm, the Feedmax primus is suitable for filling volumes of 3 or 6 liters. The larger version with a container diameter of 300 mm offers a separation volume of up to 25 liters. Here, the separation throughput depends on the central pump output, which enables flexible adjustment of the material loaders to greatly varying requirements.

Flexible integration

The control system of the Feedmax primus can be selected to match the central distribution control system in each case. Three control system variants are available: net5 for smaller loading systems, E-Max 2 for loading systems with up to 22 loading stations, and the M8 network control for extremely large systems. This flexibility ensures seamless integration into existing materials handling systems and enables optimal control and monitoring of the entire separation process. Feedmax primus material loaders with outlet flap and Feedmax plus loaders with positively controlled outlet bell can be freely combined with each other in central loading systems.
