Health Canada approves Hygiena’s rapid E. coli O157:H7 detection in raw meat products

This method, referred to as the "BAX® System Real-Time PCR assay for E. coli O157:H7 Exact," has been granted a respected position in the Compendium of Analytical Methods, identified as MFLP-115.
