With its Escherichia coli O157:H7/NM in Raw Meat Products, Hygiena sets a new standard for speed and accuracy in the food safety market

Hygiena®, a global leader in food safety solutions, has announced that its innovative method for detecting Escherichia coli O157:H7/NM in Raw Meat Products has received official approval for publication. This method, referred to as the "BAX® System Real-Time PCR assay for E. coli O157:H7 Exact," has been granted a respected position in the Compendium of Analytical Methods, identified as MFLP-115.
