As the complexity and quality requirements for manufacturing recycled materials increase, especially those containing small contaminants like pebbles. Beyond the monolayer machines, King Plus also produces multi-layer blown film machines that allow for more intricate material combinations. Based on average power generation estimates, the solar power system can generate approximately 610,000 kWh of electricity annually. This amount of energy is far greater than the factory’s consumption, which is about 200,000 kWh per year. The excess 400,000 kWh is sold to Taiwan Power Company, contributing to the local community’s energy supply. By transitioning to solar energy, King Plus achieved energy self-sufficiency and has also taken a proactive step toward fulfilling its corporate social responsibility (CSR) commitments. This move reflects the company’s broader vision of integrating sustainability into its operations while contributing positively to the environment and society.
