SOLLICH KG will exhibit its machines at ProSweets in Cologne from 2 - 5 February 2025 (booth B020-C029 in hall 10.1)

For over 100 years, the SOLLICH KG in Bad Salzuflen (Germany) represents innovative and comprehensive solutions for chocolate and confectionery production. The product range covers equipment for chocolate, confectionery, snack and bakery applications.

 

The company will present its wide range of machines at ProSweets in Cologne from 2 - 5 February 2025. Visit SOLLICH at the booth B020-C029 in hall 10.1, where SOLLICH will be displaying two enrobing machines, the Enromatâ M6-1050 and the Minicoater MC 420.

 

Experience the enrobing machine type Enromatâ M6-1050 with 1050 mm belt width. The enrober is equipped with a new electronic reproducibility aid of the mechanical settings, and an eccentric decorator SED 1050 to produce a variety of embossed decorations especially for bar products.

Also a chocolate coating machine type Minicoater MC 420 with 420 mm belt width will be on display with chocolate. For a greater variety of products, this enrober is equipped with the decorating device type Mini-Decormaticâ MD 420. This machine is running very successfully at small and medium-sized companies setting new standards in the sector of mini enrobing technology.

The special focus of the research and development activities is on the optimization of customer’s production process. To realize high machine availabilities and to meet at the same time the increasing hygiene standards, SOLLICH sets highest value on an efficient, easy cleaning of the machines. The variety of the equipment features at each machine has been increased and contributes to an improved quality. This includes, for example, the dew point display within the cooling tunnel or the automatic measurement of the degree of temper in the enrobing machine with the Tempergraph.

 

Further improvements have been made in the scope of digitalization regarding the information exchange between machine operator and the SOLLICH KG. Together with other leading suppliers of confectionery machines, SOLLICH has founded the company SweetConnect GmbH. SweetConnect is the first digital platform specifically developed for the efficient and profitable production of confectionery. Users can manage all their integrated production machines at a glance. In conjunction with the "Fast Lane" remote maintenance system from SOLLICH, data from the application process are transmitted to optimize services and increase machine availability.

 

The combination of the SOLLICH machinery together with the cooking equipment of company CHOCOTECH for the production of sugar, jelly or caramel masses, provides customers get production responsibility from one supplier and thus also ensures an efficient and a quickest possible commissioning of the production lines.
