SternVitamin: Tailor-made micronutrient premixes for health trends
At FiE SternVitamin is presenting a number of premixes addressing current trends. The focus is on micronutrients for meal replacement products and functional snacks. Visitors can try a matcha wafer with the SternPower Up premix that supports mental energy and cognitive performance. The company is also showcasing a plant-based meal replacement beverage developed in cooperation with Planteneers. It supplies a quarter of the daily requirement of vitamins and minerals, and reflects the expertise of both companies. Another product innovation is a protein-rich meal replacement milk drink developed in close collaboration by SternVitamin and Hydrosol. It is based on a stabilizing system created by Hydrosol that ensures a stable emulsion even with high protein content, along with a creamy mouthfeel. The recipe is also a good source of fiber. SternVitamin contributed a specially developed micronutrient premix that delivers a balanced supply of vitamins and minerals. This innovative combination of stabilizing and micronutrient enrichment opens up many possibilities for the development of different product varieties.
