The HCI turret rewind slitting machine significantly improves production efficiency

HCI's newest fully automatic slitting machine is the FSL-TR turret-type four-axis slitting and rewinding machine. To achieve continuous slitting, increase production capacity, and reduce downtime caused by manual reel change, it includes automatic reel change, automatic paper core positioning, and finished product auxiliary pushing and unloading devices.

According to the company, current slitting and rewinding machine automation focuses on the positioning control of the infeed and outfeed and slitting tool, but human work is required for the preparatory work in the first part of the slitting and rewinding process, such as the installation and positioning of the paper core, the adhesion and fixing of the starting film material, and the final cutting and adhesion of the finished roll and the removal of the finished product.

The FSL-TR turret-type four-axis slitting and rewinding machine from the company is equipped with automatic cutting and pasting of finished rolls, automatic shaft change of the turret type four rewinding shafts, automatic paper core installation and positioning, finished roll unloading assistance, and automatic tilting and lifting of the finished product unloading rack, which significantly reduces the operation time for stopping the machine for material change and greatly improves productivity.

The FSL-TR's structure and load-bearing design exceed the class standard, allowing the machine to easily stay within the safety coefficient even at the highest speed and ensuring the machine's service life. The machine's left and right walls and holes are laser cut and drilled with high precision to ensure the horizontal accuracy of all guide wheels. The machine's aluminum wheels are chrome plated to increase machine life and maintain material stability during slitting.
