FLEXIBLE yet fast, a new automatic clipper is setting the cycle for the industry. A high degree of automation and self-regulating processes reduce production costs. In combination with the new generation of R-ID clips, which reliably seal synthetic casings ?up to bacteria-proof ?it sets the benchmark. With a top speed of 250 cycles per minute ?depending on the particular product and casing ?the double clipper FCA 120 from Poly-Clip sets the benchmark in the middle caliber range (24 to 120 mm). The high degree of automation offers continuous monitoring of selected recipe parameters during the process. This means the machine checks that the correct clips are available, the die matches the clip and the clipping pressure and separator hole size are adjusted correctly. The double clipper seals all casings ?synthetic, fibrous or collagen casings with the clip series M and S. The performance can be individually adjusted to suit each particular product and casing. Due to its high speed and the wide range of applications the clipper is universally applicable. In the case of deviations from the saved parameters, the control automatically corrects them or alerts the operator with a message that he must correct or overwrite the settings. This event is recorded in a log and can thus be retrieved any time. The supply for the clip chain and the clip monitoring accelerate start-up of production, refitting and product changes. This accelerates the entire filling and sealing process and ensures maximum efficiency. In order to avoid any unintentional change of the optimum settings, the control separates operator, setting and service levels in an intelligent way via passwords. The new R-ID clip meanwhile pleats the casing symmetrically and the closed clip exerts a higher retaining force. This leads to longer durability or even bacteria-proof sealing in the case of synthetic casings. Sausages produced have a more attractive shape and a nice short sausage shoulder. The combination of new voiding separator and new clip shape also permit more slices per sausage and thus a higher yield.Air Jordan 1
