DDS large drying & dehumidifying system

DDS large drying & dehumidifying system is suitable where huge amount of resin is used and low dew-point is needed, especially fit for centralised processing of PET resins. This system adopts honeycomb dehumidifier, ceaseless rotating of rotor. By installing air heat exchanger, hot air discharged from drying barrel will come into high efficient air heat exchanger for heat exchange,meantime, it can decrease heat of recycling air. It can also increase temperature of drying air before coming into drying heater, in this way, it reused energy and saved energy high to 20%. Installing material level sensor to supervise and control the material capacity in drying hopper, control range is 20%~100%. It also enables a choice of dew point setting functions. Under the same condition of inlet air temperature and the humidity, then it can realise the dew-point temperature control through the regeneration temperature control.
