Following the recent integration of both Pacific Pure Aid in the U.S and ADC in Europe, the Diana group, has acquired the commercialisation of natural flavouring foodstuffs that it used to manufacture on behalf of Givaudan in the Diana Villers facility in France.
Givaudan is a Swiss company that develops flavours and fragrances. The range to be obtained by Diana is composed of vegetables, wines and vinegars extracts used for their flavouring functionality. In 2011, the business reported sales of €10M.
With the acquisition, Diana’s Food division will be able to offer customers a better line of natural culinary flavours, which are recognised for their organoleptic quality since these are extracted using highly efficient technologies. The newly purchased flavourings will be added to the division’s True’TasteTM range.
