Due to use of the ULTRASONIC microDRILL technology it is possible to drill thousands of micro holes with down to with highest process safety.

The adaptive preset-spindle can be integrated easily into every ULTRASONIC machine with HSK-63 connection. The fully integrated regulation of the drilling force down to smaller 1 N guarantees a smooth and reliable drilling process – independent from the z-axis of the machine. An automatic ejector mechanism for drill cores out from the diamond hollow drills protects from tool breakage.
