Extruding machine

The extruding machine is used for producing PP film, whose thickness ranges from 0.06-0.2mm, the production speed of 0.2mm film is 15M/m. Screw's diameter is ?100mm and the material is SACM-645 HRC60, proportion of L/D is 34:1. The particular screw owns mix-chain function, which can get good dispersion and ensure the sheets come out with smooth color, minimum amount of grains. The width of T-die is 1600mm, and the inside mould is processed by particular polished-chrome to make the film more transparent. It uses the Sway Arm type to adjust the air-knife and human machine interface to control the monitor and lower breakdown rate. The temperature is controled by PID with ? tolerance. The barrels section installed a cooling-fan blower to control the temperature accurately during plasticisation process.The high-speed cutting machine is controlled by the micro-computer for fast cutting and error-free mistake when cutting length.
