Heat and Control releases sanitary conveyor for high-volume products

HEAT and Control has introduced a new FastBack sanitary conveyor for high-capacity products.

Designed to handle 40% higher capacities compared to previous models, the FastBack 400E horizontal motion conveyor can move frozen products to up 30 feet per minute.

This sanitary conveying and distributing system can be configured with longer or wider pans and distribution gates to suit the product. Its new Clean-Chassis design features flush water-tight doors, a sloped self-draining top, and special sanitary drive arm seals. The one-piece stainless steel conveyor pan requires minimal effort to clean.

Like all FastBack conveyors, the gentle slow-forward fast-back horizontal motion of the 400E reduces product breakage and the loss of coatings.  Pre-mixed blends stay intact during conveying.

Heat and Control has also maintained noise levels to a low-70dB range on its new FastBack. The company maintains a five-year warranty on the machine’s drive train.
