Ishida weigher is 15% faster than previous models

A new radial feeder adds speed to Ishida’s latest RV multihead weigher.  The new component is said to increase weighing speeds by up to 15% compared to previous ranges. It enables faster and smoother product flow and consistent weighing at close-to-zero giveaway. Aside from this, the user interface has been enhanced with an ultra-fast touch screen for easier set up; the CCW-RV can also be operated via wireless access with tablets, androids and smart phones. Security features are beefed up with fingerprint verification access.

The model is also IP67-rated. A new Power Management system provides three power modes (Full, Half and Eco), to help deliver 20% lower power consumption.
The X-ray inspection system, (IX-GA-4075) detects up to 0.3mm foreign bodies made of steel, aluminium, tin, glass, stones, hard rubber, plastic, some bones and shell. The company’s Genetic Algorithm (GA) technology enables operators to ‘train’ the X-ray system be more sensitive to certain contaminants. In addition, it can spot missing, undersized and mis-shaped items or damaged products, and the software allows product masking and weight estimations.
