Meeting customer challenges

ONE of Skanem Newcastle's oldest and most valued customers, Cumbrian Seafoods, certainly set a challenge with the re-launch of most of their label range in January, when very short lead times were set, and achieved. One Skanem Sleeve design was received after 1500 and the product delivered to site by 1100 the next day. The total time from receipt of artwork to delivery from the Newcastle site can be very short, with many new designs delivered within two days.
