Hwacheon exhibits latest turning center, CNC lathe

Hwacheon's CUTEX-160 puts a strong focus on the new design concept showing an elegant style by providing superior handling and machine operation performance. The design for CUTEX-160 optimized space requirements and maximize cutting diameter of up to 300mm. By using a total of six high-class bearing's at the main spindle, the rigid head stock is the base to use double-row cylindrical bearings plus angular contact bearings at the spindle front and double-row cylindrical bearings at the rear. The machine is able to operate at the maximum speed of up to 6,000rpm during even the longest operations by providing maximum torque if needed at lower rpm ranges.
