Milling cutter trio for narrow cuts

Walter has supplemented its Xtra.tec?series to include a trio of side and face milling cutters. The F4053 is a slitting cutter with a diameter of 80-160mm and Kerf width of 4mm; the F4153 is a side and face cutter with an 80-200mm diameter and Kerf width of 6-10mm; meanwhile the F4253, a side and face cutter, is 100-250mm in diameter and 12-20mm Kerf width. All the models feature four-edged indexable inserts in staggered tooth formation, with an approach angle of 90 degrees. The peripherally ground indexable inserts ensures maximum precision. Models F4153 and F4253 use identical system indexable inserts that are interchangeable. Those used in the F4153 are mounted laterally, and in the F4253 tangentially.Hombre
