ProPak China 2013: Multihead weigher with small footprint

Wepack Packing Equipment Manufacturing Co, Ltd will showcase an automatic weighing packaging system for dry products that is notable for its simplicity, compact structure, and high accuracy. The overall maximum height of 2.6m, including ancillary transport equipment, and minimum footprint area of 9 square meters make the system widely applicable to all types of packaging for food, including herbs, nuts and snacks, as well as electronics (maximum weight of 1,000 grams; maximum film width up to 500 mm),  with fastest speed of 100 packs per minute.

Despite its compact size, the multihead weigher features the largest combination weigher and packaging assembly in an integrated structure. Machine control is concentrated in an LCD touch screen with a user-friendly interface surface to make the operation more convenient. Using the most advanced machine automation and control systems and an advanced vibration filtering functions cleverly eliminate vibrations caused by the packaging machine weighing error.

Customers can choose between a single-and dual-servo servo operation mode; regardless, the whole operating system to use SCM control technology, the circuit structure is simple and long-running stable, with high reliability.
