PureLine eliminates bacteria without corroding equipment

PureLine is an expert in chlorine dioxide treatment for food processing. Its products are used for microbial decontamination on food processing equipment as well as entire food processing plants. The US based company has over 20 years of experience in the manufacture, generation, and application of chlorine dioxide solutions, and specialises in designing and implementing chlorine dioxide treatment solutions utilising its chlorine dioxide generators and chemical solutions to control and inhibit the growth of mold, mildew, and odor-causing bacteria.

The company has shared a short interview with a customer that has been using PureLine’s chlorine dioxide solutions as a microorganism decontaminate in their facility over the course of the past decade, summarized below:

Please tell us, how have you used PureLine's products in your facility?

We have primarily used MobileClean to reduce pathogen decontamination in food processing.

What was it like to work with PureLine prior to the treatment day?

PureLine was easy to work with and accommodating as the treatment date needed to shift around due to our plant's needs.

How did PureLine present themselves while on site?

I was impressed with PureLine's focus on safety and that the project plan prior to treatment was actually executed during the treatment. You would be surprised how many other companies don't follow through and execute their project plan!

What gave you confidence that the treatment was successful?

The Summary Report after treatment demonstrated PureLine's effectiveness with swabs of cultures pre-treatment and post-treatment, eliminating bacteria on the processing equipment. Additionally, PureLine demonstrated the lack of corrosion on metals by providing different types of metal samples post-treatment, which is always a big concern in a plant. The fact that you were able to demonstrate there was no corrosion on the equipment was key, very reassuring, and important to have.
