In the 1st quarter of 2020, all walks of life are suffering from the outbreak of novel coronavirus (COVID-19). The epidemic has led to temporary economic disruptions but at the same time it has also greatly changed people’s living habits and needs, which implies multiple new opportunities for the industries to reshape and implement their strategies for business. Jointly organized by China Electricity Council, State Grid Corporation of China and China Southern Power Grid, co-organized by Adsale Exhibition Services Ltd., the International Exhibition on Electric Power Equipment and Technology (EP Shanghai) confirmed to station in Shanghai every year, which is different from the previous one to be held in Beijing and Shanghai rotationally. This year, EP Shanghai will be held from 3-5 December 2020 at Shanghai New International Expo Centre (Hall N1-N4), PR China. It is expected the exhibition area will be over 55,000sqm and more than 40,000 visitors will visit the show.
Many exhibitions and conferences have been postponed or cancelled in response to the prevention and control of epidemic in the first half year of 2020. A great bounce back is expected across industries after the outbreak is controlled. As a professional platform for the industry, EP Shanghai is putting all-out effort into the show preparation work to enhance show’s publicity by exploring more promotional channels. The organizer seizes every opportunity to bring a better exhibiting and visiting experience, and to create a high-quality exchange platform for the industry.

Associations from the USA, Germany, Baoding city, Taiwan Region, Yueqing city, etc., were also satisfied with their participation and will continue to organize large pavilions in EP Shanghai 2020.
To seize every opportunity, EP Shanghai has fully launched buyers’ promotion campaigns at the earliest. The organizer has arranged online webinars during home-office period, enhancing the online measures for interactions. EP Shanghai has also actively extended its root to the overseas market. The show has been promoted in two overseas exhibitions, namely EMECRAMA 2020 in New Delhi (India) and Middle East Energy 2020 in Dubai (UAE). In the current challenging situation, reacting actively to mitigate the impacts of epidemic and adapt to the changes will be a shared task for every company.
