Sandvik Coromant has signed a deal in the acquisition of BTA Heller Drilling Systems Ltd, producer and supplier of deep hole drilling products, in UK. The final acquisition will be finalised in Q1 09, after getting a nod from the member anti-trust authorities. The company will be part of the business department of Sandvik Tooling and will soon be a global deep-hole drilling application centre of Sandvik. The buyout secures long-term stable ownership of BTA and gives opportunities for investments in research, product development and production of deep hole drilling tools. At the same time, Sandvik will intensify its expertise and product portfolio within deep hole drilling tools. Anthony Evans, managing director, BTA Heller, will head the new application centre. In Canada, Sandvik built a new office and productivity centre in the previous year in Mississauga, ntario. The productivity centre is one of the 22 built among its 30 subsidiaries around the world.Zapatillas y ropa deportiva para ni?o
