Shun Chuan slant bed CNC lathe features stability

Behind the latest product in Shun Chuan's CNE-20/CNE-26 series is the new Slant Bed CNC lathe, a design concept to enhance heavy duty, precision and stability. The product's 45 degree slant bed construction assures solid support of turret and efficient chip removal. The massive base construction combined with the advanced honey comb rib reinforcement design minimizes vibration, while hugely upgrading structural rigidity and stability. To ensure outstanding stability the entire machine construction is heavier than competitive models while extra wide slideways on X-,Z-axes give increased stability during machining. All major structural parts are manufactured from high quality Meehanite cast iron and tempered to relieve stress for lifetime deformation-free operations.
