Sidel strengthens customer support

With two new offices operational by September, Sidel will be able to meet the specific needs of customers in the Greater Middle East and Africa, as well as in Europe and Central Asia.

The opening of the two new HQ’s, with the setting up of teams dedicated specifically to these zones, allows Sidel, a leading global provider of PET solutions for liquid packaging, to focus its efforts and expertise on addressing the challenges faced by markets in the MENA region, as well as those in Europe and Central Africa. 

In the MENA region

The new Dubai facility will provide staff with an ultra-modern working environment, bringing servicing, training, order processing, regional co-ordination and administrative functions all under one roof. Dubai is an important hub for the industry with a number of Sidel’s customers taking advantage of leading edge infrastructure, transport and communications links.
