Lechner Ges.m.b.H., based in Bad V鰏lau (Lower Austria) is producing a new generation of sturdy laundry clips using Wittmann Battenfeld injection moulding technology. Christian Lechner, Lechner''s CEO, relies exclusively on Wittmann Battenfeld for its injection moulding technology. The roddy?laundry clip made of PC is light and UV resistant, and sturdy as well. Its special ergonomic design minimises pressure marks on garments, and the absence of metal wire prevents rust stains. The fastening leg of this one-piece plastic clip with an outward bulge can easily be clipped onto the garment, which helps people with weak hands. The elegantly designed clip is manufactured in a 4-cavity mould within a cycle time of 20 seconds. The annual production volume is about 2.5 million units, with one weekly colour change. The part is produced on an HM 60/210 injection moulding machine from the Wittmann Battenfeld HM series. Patented sock clips and car clips modeled on the laundry clip have also been developed. The roddy?sock clip is a practical device for sorting socks prior to machine washing, while the roddy?car clip can easily be attached to a car windscreen to prevent parking tickets from being blown away by the wind or disappearing behind the dashboard. www.wittmann-battenfeld.comShop Womens Socks - View the Large Range
