Taghleef, Bruckner launches highest BOPP line performance at 505 m/min

Taghleef Industries (Ti), one of the major film producers globally, in collaboration with Bruckner Maschinenbau have brought another significant contribution in the biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film industry. In Oman, Ti's advanced 8.7m wide BOPP line runs at a constant speed of 505m/min with a film thickness of 20μm. With this, the company highlights its strong commitment to create technological progress by developing finest film quality using modernised equipment. The Oman line is one of the most powerful with an estimated output of 5 tonnes/hr. For this project, Bruckner has provided the complete film stretching line, including the entire turnkey package for the new BOPP production facility. This involves plant layout, utilities, resin storage facilities, peripheral equipment, finished material handling and film recycling systems. The solution of complete engineering along with Ti's excellent support within the scope of the project phases have all been accounted for the success of the enhanced technology.
