Preface

During the 80s, Taiwan’s economy is migrating quickly towards high technology. This is the era of economic growth. However, in an era of booming globalization, individual companies are unable to cope with the impact of global competition. Therefore, synergy becomes the key success factor in the strong competitiveness of the industry. The Corporate Synergy Development Center (CSD) provides synergy system consulting to domestic industries, including up, mid, and downstream corporations. With this activity, the CSD not only improves cooperation between industries, but also positions Taiwan’s economy for higher growth.

The CSD is positioned as a non-profit organization, tasked with encouraging industrial cooperation and developing synergy systems. Passion, precision, synergy, and excellence are our core values. The CSD has two mission statements：first, serve as the integration hub for various industries; second, implement government industrial policies. Our vision : The CSD is one of the strategic organizations helping to promote governmental policies and providing overall solutions to network management for domestic industry.
