Established in Jan 1996, OKE is a high-tech enterprise with independent research and innovation capabilities, specializing in independent R&D, production and sales of cemented carbide and CNC cutting tool products. On 10th Dec. 2020, OKE was successfully listed and becoming the first listed one on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's Sci-Tech Innovation Board (STAR Market) with cemented carbide tools as its main business.

OKE is a National Emerging and Specialized "Little Giant" Enterprise, National High-tech Enterprise, Hunan New Material Enterprise, a Two-type Construction Demonstration Enterprise in Hunan Province, granted for the establishment of a postdoctoral research workstation, and accredited as a Hunan CNC tool coating engineering technology research center.
