ACME Group, stepped into plastic industry since 1997, and then gradually establishes its own mold making shop and automatic production systems in its own factory. Fortunately gathered professional teams of research and development, manufacture and after-sales service under the same management, ACME is therefore devoted to providing System Total Solutions for IML and automatic production. In 2008, ACME took the position from Demag and Sumitomo injection molding machines as their exclusive distributor in the Eastern China, meanwhile setting up professional sales and technical support teams. Furthermore, in order to provide even more variety of injection molding machines for the use in the system solutions, ACME acquired one of the best Taiwanese brand in late 2013.



At the beginning of 2013, ACME Group built a modern factory on a land of 80 acres in Jinshan District of Shanghai, the plant has a total floor space of 36,000 M2. The new garden-like factory has divided into automated equipment assembly shop, mold making shop, and system debugging shop, as well as an expensive Class 100,000 Clean Room of 2200 M2 floor space, where owns more than 20 injection molding machines, mainly including top-of-the-line from Demag, and full-electric line from Sumitomo, as well as some quality brands from Taiwan and China mainland, that therefore is able to provide maximum variety for customers, and also meet whatever demands of customers. After system debugging, pilot run of the total system will be implemented in our Clean Room where our technical team will settle down all problems and provide on-site training to the customers. What’s more, in order to achieve precise requirements of the thin-walled and multi-cavity molds and tooling, there are CNC lathes from Mazak, precision EDM’s from Agie milles, and CNC machining centers from Makino in the mold making shop. Thanks to its rich experience of thin-wall and multi-cavity mold technology, ACME will provide the most reasonable solutions of mold making in terms of customer’s requirements of thickness, shape and molding cycle etc. of the products to be manufactured. Moreover, ACME is capable to provide pilot samples in a very short period of times by taking benefit of sharing its standard mold bases; this obviously minimizes cost and reduces investment risk for the customers.
