KSH200: Machine for large volume containers

The KSH200 blow moulding machine makes Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC) production more reliable and efficient. It ensures the highest article quality and the lowest production costs. Reduced energy requirements, the shortest possible down times and a fully IBC-optimised production process combine to enable the highest output capacities.

The KSH200 is optimised for the production of bulk containers. The main focus is on the lowering of article costs, reducing material and energy consumption, and achieving high output capacity. It sets new standards with beltless extruder drives, reduced deflashing waste and the shortest possible down times.  High-maintenance parts were reduced, and virtual training sessions ensure efficient machine operation. The machine has the BC5 operating system with a moveable control panel.

Within the next months, Kautex Maschinenbau will significantly modernise and extend its portfolio for the packaging sector. The range of solutions will be tailored to future customer requirements in a considerably more modular and transparent way. Aside from intelligent production solutions, the topic of sustainability will also have a decisive role to play.
