No doubt, digitalization is increasingly permeating the F&B industry in SoutheastAsia. Many companies whose products are featured across the pages of this magazine mention the integration of Al into their operational workflows. They also highlight how Al aids their customers in improving their own products and efficiency by providing them with datadriven insights that facilitate informed decision-making. lt seems exciting times are ahead as we expect to see more technologies narrowing the gap between a company's capabilities and consumer expectations.
